TT4YOU thinks of the user personal information very importantly. Therefore, as the user uses the service of TT4YOU, we try our best to protect the personal information provided in the website. TT4YOU had been founded under the law of Rep. of Korea, and it keeps all the laws effective by Korea, the Communication secrecy protection law, Electronics communication law, Information communication network usage procedure and information protection and many others regarding it, and all the laws that must be kept by information communication service providers that had been provided by the ministry of information policy so that it tells you what kind of statues are taken place for the personal information protections. 
By announcing the personal information policy in the main page of the website, we provide the information so that the users can see whenever they wish to.
The personal information protection policy may change according to Korean government law changes, guide changes, or with the inner policy changes, and needed procedures are taken in order to provide continuous development of personal information protection policy. Also, when the personal information policy is revised, the version number, revised date and other information is announced in 7days advance in the TT4YOU announcement so that the user can see them easily.

TT4YOU’s personal information protection policy contains the information as the following.

1. Agreement on collecting personal information
To provide procedure of making clicking ‘Agreement’ button or ‘Cancel’ button regarding the user policy, so when the ‘Agreement’ button is clicked, we see that you have agreed upon collecting personal information.
2. Collection purpose and Usage purpose of personal information
The “Personal information” means the living information regarding each person that includes name, phone number and others that provides differentiation between each persons (Including the information that provides to verify the personnel other than the regarding information).
Most of the TT4YOU service can be used at anytime without going through separate user registration. But for the TT4YOU conversation, e-mail sending, message sending, and friend registration, and other provided or will be provided services based on log-in service, the personal information is collected. TT4YOU does not provide user personal information to public without agreement of the user, and the collected information are used as the following.
1. user information provided by the users, better effective service may be developed.  When new service is developed or when the contents are expanded, with the base of the information provided by the users, the priority order is made effectively, and we choose the contents of the users more rationally and provide them.
2. Services provided by TT4YOU are mostly free. To provide these free services, we post advertisement, and with the exact personal information of the users, each service or menu can hold effective advertisement and descriptions, and this will hold another information worth as information provided. We receive advertisement from the client and we show the advertisement fit for the users, and we do not provide personal information of the users to our clients.
3. TT4YOU collects personal information as the following.
   Name, date of birth, gender, ID, Password, E-mail address, Nationality, address, phone number, cell phone number, bank account information, credit card information, IP Address, visited date, used language, occupation, interest, and profile photo.
4. Collected information is used as the purpose of the following.
   Personal Identification on Civil application handling. Providing age limited service and refraining from having fouls of members happen again. Payment on paid services. Refunding according to TT-point management policy. Analysis on population statistics. Announcing policy change or service change. Community and search among users
3. Collected personal information descriptions and collection method
We take the information of the members when they join membership on-line.
Also, when pole or event is taken place within TT4YOU, to provide statistics analysis or to provide presents, the personal information may be requested by choice. But, the sensitive personal information that may violate personal rights (race and ethnic group, phenomenon and creed, place of birth, disposition of politics, criminal record, health statues, sex life, etc) will not be collected, and when it is needed, agreement in advance will be asked for sure. Also, in any case, the information provided will not be used on purpose other than that already been announced, and it will not be out flowed.

4. Possession and usage period of collective personal information
While the user uses the service provided as TT4YOU member, we keep the personal information of the user and use them in providing services. But, according to “E. Personal information management (View, correction, delete, etc) regarding policies of themselves”, when the information is deleted by the member or when it is requested to delete or cancel membership, in the method that cannot be restored, the information is deleted from the disk for good, and it is made so that the information may not be viewed or used afterwards.
Also, as in “C.TT4YOU collected personal information collecting method”, when timely purposed (poll, event, personal identification, etc) personal information are deleted in the same method so that it cannot be restored after the purpose is met.
It is a fundamental rule that the user personal information should be deleted when the provided purpose is met or its collected purpose is met. But, in order to prevent bad doings of bad members, the company may keep the related member’s name, nationality, date of birth, IP Address, E-mail address and other information for 1 year after contract cancellation. Also, when it is needed to be maintained under commercial law, electronic commerce, and other consumer protection related laws or related regulation; the member information may be kept for the set period by the law.  In this case, the kept information will only be used for the purpose, and the period is as the following.

• Contract or subscription withdrawal related record: 5years
• Payment and property and other provision related record: 5years
• Consumer complaint or trouble procedure related record: 3years
We process the important personal information of members safely, and to refrain from outflow, we delete personal information according to the following method.。
• Paper printed personal information is either grinded with grinder, or burned to be destroyed.
• Electronic saved personal information is deleted with the technical method that cannot be restored.
5. Public ownership and provision of collective personal information
We use the user’s personal information under “B. Personal information collection purpose and usage purpose” stated area, and we do not use the information out of the range without the agreement of the users, and we do not provide the information to outside under fundamental law. But, in cases of the following, it is exempted. * When the users have agreed upon publicity in advance
• When the TT4YOU service usage policy or other forms of member service policies or the management policies stated in the website is violated
• When using TT4YOU service, one had caused mental, financial harms so that in order to have lawful statues, the personal information must be provided, and it holds enough reasons
• When it is decided that the information must be provided regarding laws (ex. When government/inspection agencies requests for them under rightful procedures relating the law)
• When sub companies or research groups are to be provided with the information for statistics, research studies, or for market analysis in forms that each personnel cannot be differentiated.
• When personal information is provided for the service complaint or questions (civil application) on the company that takes care of customer services.
• The information can be provided for event or prize winning or other services, and when agreement of the user is made in advance with the information type, usage, period and other information.
Also for the new technical development and for other service provision, the personal information can be provided.  In this case, before the information collection or information provision, the information on personal information provision place, or group, what information is needed for what reason, and until when it is kept and managed after the agreement is made, and when the agreement is not made, no additional information is collected or provided. When gender, age, or other special group’s advertisement and delivery is made, the personal information are not provided to the personnel or industries, and even when it is needed for the statistics procedure, research study, or market studies, the information are provided in the form that they cannot verify the persons. * When it is needed for fare pay off regarding provided service
6. Policies regarding personal information management (view, correction, delete, etc) of user themselves
Users can view or correct personal information stated in TT4YOU web site at any time, and even the membership cancellation can be requested.
To view or correct personal information of the users, they can Log-in in the membership management menu of TT4YOU with ID and password, it can be logged in with all passwords other than the ID and e-mail, and all information other than ID and e-mail can be corrected.
Also, when the password is forgotten, by clicking “Find ID/Password” button beside log-in menu and with the procedure of the customer service directions, when the information needed for checking personification is written, after it is checked, the temporary password is provided through the e-mail or the password can be changed immediately.
To cancel membership, by choosing “membership cancellation” in “my info” menu, after inserting information according to the procedure and answering to the question, when you click “Done cancellation”, after checking the personification according to the information provided, it will be done.
7. Cookie management regarded forms
To provide specially fitting service for users, TT4YOU uses the ‘Cookie’ that saves and calls out the user information at anytime. Cookie is the small information used in managing the website of the HTTP browser sent to the user computer, and the used HTTP sends small information even to the user PC hard disk.
In order to use membership services after logging into the TT4YOU service by the users, the cookie must be accepted. TT4YOU finds the information related to the ID by using the cookie to provide suitable and better service to the users. Cookie may be able to verify the user computer but it does not verify the users by its personals.
By using the cookie, through finding out the visited TT4YOU’s each service and web site visiting and usage statues, and by finding out the user range, the better service is made and provided. Users may choose to either accept or not accept the cookie. By selecting option of the web browser, all cookies can either be accepted, check when each cookie is saved, or not accept all cookies.  But, when the cookie is not accepted, partial service that needs membership log-in may not be able to use.
8. Measure of technical-management of personal information relation
In handling personal information of the users, in order to obtain safety of loss, steal, outflow, change, or damage to be made, the other technical procedures are made.
The user personal information is protected through the password.  TT4YOU member’s ID and passwords are only known by the member, and the view and change of password can only be done by the member themselves. Therefore, the users should not tell others about the password. For this, after using the service on the PC, we recommend that you log-out and close the web browser.  Especially when you share PC with others or use the service in public place (office, school, library, internet PC room, etc), to refrain from having your information being shown to others, these procedures must be taken.
Also, we try our best to prevent your personal information from being out flown through hacking or computer virus. We back up the information at all times, we prevent damage or outflow of the personal information with newest vaccine program, and we also use the password made communication to send the personal information safely on network. And, with invasion interception system, we limit unattended reach from out side, and we try to provide all the technology needed possible to protect systems.
The personnel that deals with personal information is limited upon managers and by providing separate password, it is revised all the time, and through timely training of the personnel, we stress the TT4YOU personal information protection policy to be followed. Also, through personal information handling department of the company, we check on the TT4YOU personal information protection policy procedure and manager keepings and when the problems are found, we try to correct it and fix it right away.
But, when ID, password and other personal information is out flown by the faults of the member, the company does not take any responsibility.
9. Entrust of personal information
We can ask outer company to deal with personal information for better service. When this happened, it will be announced upon the users in advance. Also, with entrust contract, we will keep the contract of keeping rules regarding service provider’s personal information protection regarded forms, personal information secrecy keeping, third party provision prohibition, and responsible taking when fault is made with document or electronics.
10. Regarding collecting opinions regarding personal information and complaint procedure
We apply the personal opinion of the users regarding the personal information protection, and to deal with complaints, we provide all procedures and methods. Anyone can make complaints through the e-mails listed below by checking the TT4YOU personal information manager and personnel’s department, name and contact, and they will provide fast and enough answers regarding the complaints.

11. Persistence responsibilities
When any addition, deletion, and correction is made in this personal information protection policy, it will be announced at least 7 days advance from the ‘Announcement’ of the website.
12. Contact of TT4YOU personal information management personnel
The personal information related ID and password regarding protection management responsibility lies upon the user. We do not ask directly on the password with any method so please be careful that the password is not shown by others. Especially, as “H.
